Good Morning Next Level Athletes, 

Our goal for October is to help 100 Individuals who are NEW to us in the Brentwood/Franklin area with a Fitness Blueprint of their Health and Wellness Goals. I will personally take time each week to meet with these individuals and see what they truly want to accomplish in 2018. The great news is that this is FREE for those who are willing to take advantage of this.
