Results: What does this word mean to you?

I often times hear the same word thrown around when I meet new clients for their initial Success Session. I want to get RESULTS.

It sounds good until you have to put in the work to get those RESULTS. I have to do what? How many reps? How often do I need to come in?

It usually boils down to how bad do you want it. Not how bad do I want these RESULTS for you. Heck, I wish everyone I worked with had instant success and results.

Today was one of those days where a few of our members shared their results to me. Granted Member 1 has been working out at Premier Performance Training for over a year and Member 2 for only about 2 months.

Member 1: “ Good News, I lost 2 more lbs… Im down to 50lbs lost thus far.

Member 2: “My blood pressure medicine had been cut back due to my increase in exercise and I have reduced the amount of insulin I give myself on a daily basis. Next Goal is to have a 6 Pack!!”

See it doesn’t always have to be about weight loss. At Premier Performance we celebrate the small victories and the larger ones just as loud. I don’t care how much or how little you lose, progress is progress.
